Here’s an example.
Let’s say you found a luxury home worth $500,000.
You purchase an option to buy the home at $425,000 anytime within the next 90 days.
On Day 47, you find a buyer who will pay the full $500,000.
You cash in your option, pay the seller $425,000 … and keep the remaining $75,000.
In short, you take control of the property from the Seller, but you don’t own the property.
Not owning means you DON’T have to deal with tenants, termites, toilets, trash, repairs, closing costs, maintenance or any other ownership hassle. It also means NO mortgage payment, NO closing costs, NO loan applications, and NO credit risk for you.
You just get to cash the “big fat” checks. The more expensive the home, the bigger your check.
